Event Description

The MONL Fall Conference brings together nurse leaders at all levels for a full day of learning, networking, and professional growth in a welcoming and energizing setting. Held at the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort, this conference is designed to provide actionable leadership tools, thought-provoking discussions, and opportunities to connect with colleagues who understand the challenges and opportunities facing nursing leadership today.

Whether you’re a seasoned executive, an emerging leader, or a student preparing for the next step in your career, the MONL Fall Conference offers relevant content and valuable connections to support your leadership journey.

Registration Rates:

MONL Members: $150 early bird (increases to $175)
Non-Members: $175 (increases to $200)
One-Year Membership + Registration Package: $270
Students: $75

Call for Posters

Have you completed a quality improvement initiative, research study, evidence-based practice project, educational innovation, or leadership initiative that could benefit nursing colleagues? Consider sharing your work through a poster presentation at the MONL 2026 Fall Conference on Friday, November 20, 2026.

The conference welcomes poster submissions from:

Undergraduate (ADN/BSN) students
Graduate (MSN/Master's) students
Doctoral (DNP, PhD, EdD) students
Faculty
Community members and other healthcare professionals

Poster submissions require:

A poster title
An abstract (maximum 300 words)
Three to five keywords
A brief statement describing the project's relevance to practice, education, or leadership
Confirmation of co-author contributions and originality of the work

Abstract Submission Deadline: September 30, 2026.

Whether your project highlights research findings, innovative teaching strategies, leadership initiatives, simulation, quality improvement, or evidence-based practice, this is an excellent opportunity to disseminate your work, receive feedback from colleagues, and contribute to advancing nursing practice and education. Poster presenters will be notified by email to primary presenter no later than October 15, 2026.

We encourage faculty, students, and healthcare professionals from across Michigan to submit an abstract and share their work at the MONL 2026 Fall Conference.
